"The store is far too convenient, but there are often many empty shelves. They have always been slightly overpriced, but recently their prices are far too high…more than I’m willing to spend. The same items in a different convenience store are much more sensibly priced even with the current fuel price crisis."

"Very concerned when visited co op today (with my mask on of course). 8 customers in store no one with mask on.I mentioned to member of staff but was told they were not allowed to say anything. I felt extremely vulnerable especially as my husband is immuno suppressed. At start of Covid there was a security person at door which worked well to keep customers safe. Why is this not happening now?"

"Always get nice service here. Generally a nice place to shop. Good to see social distancing in place but security guard only letting 2 people in the shop. ..seemed over the top and had long queue outside. Security guard was standing in the door way and wasn't stepping back when customers entered or exited the store. Should be wearing a mask if he's getting that close to everyone."
