Poppins restaurant Barking
“Very nice food and lovely table service clean restaurant friendly staff”
Halal Restaurant
“Food was wonderful! Delay on phasing the appetizers had all the food delivered at the same time but the servers were great and price was very reasonable considering the quality of food. 10/10 recommend - wish our trip to London was longer to revisit.”
Abu Afif London
“I'm live reviewing this. Almost finished my lamb shwarma wrap. It's one of the best things I've ever had. So spicy. So flavourful. The tanoor is perfection. I can die happy.”
Xi'an BiangBiang Noodles Aldgate East
“Great food and giant portions for the price. We ordered based on typical portion sizes and ended up with way too much. Very tasty so made us sad to not finish. We had the cold beef, Biang Biang noodles with beef, pork belly soup, hot and sour soup, and pork dumplings. The pork dumplings were mediocre, the rest very tasty and authentic. I see plenty of notes here on slow service and they were more Chinese style service, wave to them politely and they come service immediately. No floating around your table and constantly bugging you if it’s good. They wait for you to call them. Would recommend and return (with a bigger appetite)”
East Dulwich Tavern
“Great local pub with good selection of beers. Bangers and mash was delicious and very well priced. Will be back.”
Tap East
“Great place, do a gluten free pilsner. Been twice in the last 2 weeks. Would recommend. The Olives are perfect here as well!”
Premier Inn London Twickenham East hotel
“Perfect stay with good room size, clean and very friendly staff.Twickenham high street not very far, few restaurants nearby plus petrol station across the road.”
Montcalm East, Shoreditch London
“I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit.”
Elvet Steakhouse London
“Haven’t been here for a while. And I can say it’s definitely been worth the wait drinks and food was amazing. We was served by Biggie who recommended the drinks to us. Was very helpful as he asked us what we like and don’t like to give us the best options on the menu. Will definitely be returning to try the other stuff on the menu. Thank you Biggie for the lovely service today :)”
KAPTURE (Cocktail bar, Restaurant, Event venue, Leyton)
“My son recently had his birthday party held here. The food was amazing along with the staff. The staff were very friendly and everyone could tell the food was made with care. The venue downstairs happened to be the best part. It was filled with a DJ booth and a bar a selection of drinks to choose from. The owner set most of the party up and respected all of us. Everyone enjoyed the party and wanted to come back. You should definitely come here! I can't wait to visit again! Well done! Kapture will be my goto for any event in future”
Stay QM at Queen Mary University of London
“Beautiful place to stay beside the regents canal. Mile end station is just 5 mins walk. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are pretty clean. I stayed in beaumont court, only con was no lift, And I had to climb 3 floors with all the luggage. Rest everything was great, the food at the curve was fine. Breakfast was okay. Would stay here again!!”
Pizza East - Shoreditch
“Let's go straight to the point: the pizza is amazing. But I'm not talking about any pizza, I'm talking about the Four Cheese Truffle pizza. It's out of this world, it really blew my mind. I also ordered some Calabrian Chilli potatoes to start and finished with their Tiramissu, which I must say, was much, much better than my highest expectations, I loved it. Great place for groups, lunch time is more quiet but night time gets pretty noisy.I'd make a reservation for dinner, including weekdays, but surely on weekends.Totally recommend this place, great environment, great food.”
Slemani Restaurant Ealing
“A hidden gem in west Ealing! My favourite place for Iraqi food. Delicious food and generous portions. Staff is always so friendly which makes it even more pleasant to come here. I’ve tried multiple dishes and all of them have been really really tasty.”
Al Diyar Restaurant & Lounge
“Sheesha Lounge, wide food selection, fresh fruit juice. Nice cozy please.”
Rangrez Indian Restaurant
“A very lovely place which serves very traditional Punjabi cuisine The chef is from Delhi and he knows his stuff and the food is simply Devine The prices are post pandemic but the location is next to Apollo and a pre theatre visit for a meal this places ticks all the boxes The Chef did come and speak to us and it felt like a very friendly place Highly recommended If you are in this area please visit”
Sadaf Restaurant (Garden)
“It’s been a while since I’ve been at the game, but there’s no rest for the wicked. I fancied Persian and stumbled across Sadaf. The reviews looked promising, so I took the risk. The staff were quite friendly and settled us swiftly. The aesthetic and decor had a modern touch, which was nice. As tradition states, we got the koobideh with rice and naan, some spicy wings, lamb chops and chicken biryani. The koobideh was absolutely tremendous - soft and succulent, packed with flavour and each bite felt divine. The rice was beautifully cooked and was paired superbly with the pickled cabbage! A twist from the usual salad. The naan was super fresh and tasty, however became firm instantaneously due to its thin nature - this was a shame. The lamb chops were nice, but a little firm for my liking - I wouldn’t be getting them again. The spicy wings were packed with flavour and melted in my mouth. The chicken biryani was very interesting, with the grilled courgettes and tomatoes, and caramelised onions within - that was wholesome foods with juicy chicken. I was pretty impressed, especially as there was consistency between the 2 visits. If I’m around Kensington, I’d certainly lean towards visiting Sadaf for authentic and quality Persian cuisine. 8/10.”
Kish Persian Restaurant
“Fantastic Persian restaurant, top quality food and beverage. Very friendly and attentive staff, food was served quickly and atmosphere was very enjoyable. Good for bringing young kids. Reservation recommended, although there were some seats/tables available when I went there tonight (Sunday night). Would highly recommend and return soon.”
Istanbul Restaurant
“Been here "accidentally". We were waiting for an appointment nearby and went in because the food looked so well. Met very friendly people and had a great meal. Recommended!”
Ayannas London
“If you're on the fence about visiting Ayannas, get off it. You'll walk into an intimate space reminiscent of my now 2nd favourite London restaurant: Sparrow. Ayannas takes the top spot from the quality of this focused menu to the well-balanced cocktails and overall presentation. Flawless guest service, food, and drink. It was a quiet night - we were the first guests to arrive for dinner at 7pm - and the owner took this as an opportunity to get us checked in at a comfortable pace. She was even gracious enough to push back our booking time as we were having delays in transit. We enjoyed the boneless curry goat and braised oxtail with rice & peas, alongside freshly made coleslaw and a rich mac & cheese. Very satisfying meal, both in terms of portion size and taste. We didn't have room for dessert but will definitely return to try the chocolate and rum cakes. All in all, Ayannas menu is a true love letter to Jamaican cuisine - highly recommend.”
Lal Bagh Indian Restaurant, East Sheen
“A hidden gem, wow glad I found this place, food was excellent and tasted fresh. This is definitely going on my top 10 list of restaurants. The chef was a very nice guy and he came and introduced him self and explained some of the dishes. Great Saturday evening meal, feel well satisfied. Look my dish demolished.”
Saravanaa Bhavan East Ham
“Felt home after a really long time. Ordered 2 meals with my friend and every dish was tasty and filled with flavour. Felt transported back to being in Chennai. The people who worked also were hospitable and friendly and kept asking us if we wanted anything else. Ended the meal with filter coffee which was again a 10/10”
New East House(东兴阁)
“Authentic Chinese food. It’s a less expensive Chinese restaurant compared with others in Chinatown. All staff here are very nice and helpful! Really suitable for people eating together.”
Yokoso Korean & Japanese Restaurant
“Dined here after a motinee at The Space and was not disappointed. Staff were super polite and friendly. The are separate menus for Japanese and Korean dishes which makes it easy to select what you want. I ordered the prawn gyozas and king prawn bipambap all of which was fresh and delicious. I was asked if I wanted mochi and couldn't be rude. Lovely way to finish off my meal. There was no rush to leave and I did not feel awkward dining alone. Will definitely visit again.”
Fireaway East Molesey
“Best pizza I had ever... Nice and quiet place for family gathering. Will back soon..”

Travelodge London Dagenham East
“Great location for business use. Rooms are modern and clean, and staff (Julie) always helpful and cheery on arrival. Unfortunately no restaurant, but Costa and local Pub within 2 mins walk provide good alternative.”
Gana Restaurant
“Indian Lunch items are exceptionally good. Lovely food. Tried the Lamb rice and Chicken Kothu roti. Ask for the curry as accompanying dish for kothu roti. Will visit again for sure.”
Big Easy Restaurant - Kings Road, Chelsea
“Big Easy is definitely a treat! The food portions were huge, the food was well seasoned and the ambience is great. We went for lunch and the staff were amazing and attentive. Food came quickly and the drinks were good too! We had a the voodoo shrimps, 1lb lobster, macaroni cheese, baby back ribs, 250lb surf and turf with lobster, plain chips and truffle chips all on our table! (Group of 4). We were full, delighted and had food to take home! Definitely one to visit again!”
