“IKEA store arranged over 2 floors with everything you come to expect. Even at busy lunch times there always seem to be somewhere to sit and the tables are cleaning very carefully between each guest. Somehow they have managed to keep the price of food reasonable despite inflation in Summer of 2022. The toilets are well maintained and the staff very helpful. Overall a first rate experience.”

We were kept regularly in touch with the progress of the order over the 6 week period from placing of the order to delivery. On the day of delivery we received a phone call telling an accurate time for delivery. The order was taken upstairs with a minimum of fuss. Very happy to recommend Bensons.”

“Staff are great and helpful, especially Michael. Make you feel welcome with active happy kids (unlike other shops). He explained the 'rules' to the kids and gave them a high five. I didn't get stressed when kids were really excited when I was looking at some carpet and speaking to other staff. This is a really important part of customer service that always gets overlooked.
