“Visited today and was met by Michael really friendly helpful man. My mum was with me and we needed 2 new tyres on her disability vehicle. Michael looked after us while we waited ensuring at all times my mum was comfortable on the chairs in reception. Michael also parked the car right by the front door once it was finished so my mum didn’t have far to walk in the rain. This guy has exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond for all clients who visit. I mentioned my amazing experience to a neighbour who funny enough had the same fantastic experience by the guy Michael. “I first came to this clinic a year ago after I put my back out and was literally crawling around in agony. I called the clinic and was seen so quickly by Dr Ross Watson. I had never been to a Chiropractic clinic before and was slightly apprehensive, but I needn't have been. The clinic has such a good vibe - the whole team is very welcoming and friendly. Dr Ross diagnosed my back problem in the first session and then by the second session my pain had gone completely. He is literally a miracle worker. I then had a health condition that flared up and has led to further problems and spasms of pain, especially lower back pain. “Had the misfortune to be reversed into whilst stationary in a car park. This was potentially tricky as there was a fault dispute despite me having a witness also stationary behind me... Fleetline took care of everything from dealing with my insurance company, appointing a 'non-fault accident management company' and had the car in very quickly indeed. I was actually in a like for like courtesy car in a day. What I liked most (even though the car came back literally better than when I bought it) was how clear and hassle free the whole process was. I was kept informed at all stages and they even dropped the car off to the detailing company and dropped it back to me.
