Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. “The family and I had a pleasent experience with Al-safa. Thankfully everything went through smoothly and both hotels in Makkah & Madina were close to the Harram which was ideal. In hindsight, I am slightly dissapointed that our contacts (although they were very helpful and welcoming) were unable to speak in English so the tours may not have been as informative as they could have been. All in all, Al-Safa were great. A nice touch having the owner bid you farewell and check up to ensure your stay was pleasent.”
