“Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. Having previously had a poor experience at Merityre where they dented and scratched my alloy, I was worried about getting the new tyres fitted. I asked the fitter, Oktay to take extra special care which he did. The result, no damage. He was a very polite young man, as was the assistant branch manager.”
