"Took my daughters bike to Halfords Sunbury with a snapped chain. The guy I spoke to said no bike technician were working today but he pointed me to the right part and said it was an easy job. I then took the part to Staines Halfords to be told that someone could have quite easily helped me repair it but didn’t want to. Also got told at Sunbury that I could have done it myself without any tools. Staines Halfords said I need a special chain tool to be able to do it."

"I ordered three new windscreen wipers and a set of hub caps on Sunday night and early Monday morning received a text to say the order was ready. I collected it at about 10.30 - there is free (for an hour) easy parking and once I gave my order number to the helpful man on the till it took him under two minutes to get it, pass it over and tell me my receipt would be e-mailed to me. Very happy, 5 star service. Thank you."
