“Am incredibly grateful to Steve and Suzanne for their help on the day of my visit to Welling. Unable to fit into my shoes or boots due to a fracture caused by a bunion I turned to them for help and was not disappointed!!! The time they took and particularly Steve who had talked to me on the phone beforehand was extensive and although I was a very reluctant difficult customer to please I came away with boots as if I was walking on air! Superb customer service x First Class!!”

“It's great that there's a store for women with larger shoe sizes. Whenever I order shoes online; they never fit right. But at Magnus if a size 9 feels a tiny bit tight you can try it on in a size 10 no problem. Very friendly staff.”

“Came in looking for school shoes for my daughter. ... shes currently on the way to being diagnosed with autism so we was having a very tough time with finding a shoe she liked and she became very tearful and overwhelmed. Lady in shoe zone (I didnt get her name) was amazing she went above and beyond spoke to my daughter with so much patience and understanding and whent upstairs and got every pair of ankle boot she could find in the right size and brought them down. My daughter picked a boot straight away and she left with a smile on her face I can not thank the lady enough!”
