"Ella Shoes - Shocking Product and after sales service. Bought a pair of men's slippers tht after little use came apart at the toe. Had them replaced but the same happened in six months. Was accused by Ella Shoes that I had deliberately damaged the slippers. They will no longer discuss the matter. Ask yourself why would I do that?? On close examination of the slippers it appears the fabric used for the upper part was a tartan weave that was loosely woven and had no strengthened edging and the stitching used to attach the sole to the upper just pulled through the upper fabric thereby detaching it from the sole. Extremely poor quality. Previous slippers from Clarks have lasted for several years. My advice is go elsewhere and pay a similar price and get a longer lasting slipper. ."
