“Josh is literally a star. He’s so helpful I can’t even tell people how helpful he was. He literally saved the day, I was looking for a trouser that they didn’t have the size of it in their store so he had to ring two different stores in different areas then he ended up calling the branch in Croydon (from his own phone). He managed to find the size I was looking for (as I wanted to buy it on the same day) and then he also offered his own phone for me again to use it to make the online payment as the signal was poor on my phone. “Update: Best shoes I ever bought, my third pair now and the only one shoes I wear for the last two years everywhere around the world and at home. Love it! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.”
