"Usually the quality of shoes are not to bad. I bought a pair of boots as a one off treat but once I worn them once outside I realise that they were no good for my feet. They gave me too much pain. I explained this to the lady. She wouldn't give me a refund and wanted to get her manage involved. I knew that they would probably say the same thing so I didn't bother. She didn't seem to care that I'm down £25 and have nothing to show for it."
