“Another very good and comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel and also the Beefeater are lovely, friendly and creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a local feeling, despite being in a heavily industrialised area. Very warm and welcoming and will stay again. The restaurant itself was closed but the bar was open and we were invited to use the bar area for ordering in a delivery, as were the other guests. It worked really well.”

“Stayed for the night with my partner and we were both very happy with the facilities and service at the hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and the checkin was quick and easy. Natasha was very helpful in explaining where everything was and helped us in finding some extra coffee. The room was clean and spacious and the beds comfy. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“Rooms as always were clean and beds comfortable. Great thing is if you are an IHG member you can ask for a free late check-out which we got, that's such a relief. Standard breakfast served and ample parking space. It's next to the motorway and no issues with noise at all. Tiny recommendation would be about the bathroom sink - it was clogged with a few hair - something to be careful about next time.”

“We just stayed here it’s not too busy at the moment which is great and we got a lovely price for what’s here. Lovely food, room and spa. There’s a lot to explore definitely not a boring hotel. Room was clean and had a comfy bed compared to some other hotels also has a piano in the reception too.”

“Pars Autos Ltd has been very helpful in few aspects of the services they provide. My car was recently MOT'd by the boys there and also had few repairs done aswell. The boys were super friendly and helpful and even made me feel like part of the team by conversation. Friendly service and professional at all times. “Finally got to stay at Rowhill Grange hotel only took 3 years (Covid). From the time we arrived the staff all came across very friendly and could not do enough for you. The spa area and treatment was great. As for the evening meal me and the wife both agreed this was one of the best meals we had ever had , fantastic. Would definitely recommend a stay at at Rowhill Grange Hotel.”

“Stayed here with work. Very clean accommodation. Very Friendly staff. Next to the lake and Lakeside shopping centre. Free on site car parking. Bargain priced food. 2 courses under £13. Happy hour on drinks in bar between 5 and 7. Brilliant value accommodation. Yes maybe a little short staffed but I was not in any rush. Its not marketed as a top class hotel so don't expect it. If you want that then book elsewhere. If you want basic, clean accommodation with friendly staff then book here. Will definitely stay again when in area. Brilliant value for money.”

“Ronnie looked after my jack Russell and Lakeland terrier cross two brothers called Ronnie&Reggie while I was playing in a golf tournament they can be abit of a handful to say the least first time they had been to her what a lovely lady puts you at ease straight away that she will take care of the two Herbert’s to be honest I felt more worried for her lol but she had them under control in no time sent me photos and updates of them all out enjoying the walk together in fact I think didn’t really want to come home they enjoyed themselves that much fed them dinner when home both flat out on the sofa very content terriers I cannot recommend Ronnie enough even gave both of them a kiss goodbye patience of a saint!!! if you need someone to look after your dogs and in safe hands look no further will definitely use again if my numbers not barred lol thanks again Ronnie rgds Jimmy”

I pulled in and was so distraught the lovely man who said his name was Kev was amazing explaining what was wrong and I explained I was a single mum and was worried about costs he did an amazing job kept me updated throughout and it. Price was less than I expected and infact felt they did above and beyond. Will now be my trusted garage.”

“This Summer my wife and I had the pleasure of two short stays at the Black Horse Cottage B & B in Bean, Kent. The experience was very good indeed. The facilities are all very good, extremely clean and well kept by Kim. She also cooks the breakfasts, which are prepared to your liking. You can choose the full English or something less if you wish. It was very good value for the money and we hope to return. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anybody.”
