"After waiting 40 minutes after their supposed opening time of 8am (having booked for that time) When someone finally arrived I was verbally abused for pulling into the garage before he was ready (I hadn’t realised I’d done anything wrong, questioning politely why another person (a man in a van) who had also been waiting outside was approached and apologised to and I wasn’t I was spoken to disgustingly I was in such shock I said I would go elsewhere and he shouted that I should. I have been upset and crying ever since. Off to good old kwikfit tomorrow."
