"Cant recommend this garage at all. Started off ok from initial booking but then all downhill from there. Had an expensive part that seems to be failing but requested a test to be done on old part to confirm it had failed before forking out for a new one. Left the car over night and it seemingly never moved an inch even though apparently it was “being worked on”. Never got an email back, never get a call on multiple occasions. If a part was tested surely the customer would be contacted to let them know the result so they could then make an informed decision as to what to do next? Evidence of work via video was claimed but I wouldn’t bet on that turning up. £60 out of pocket and 2 weeks wasted. Back to square one looking for another garage to assess this part. Dont waste your time and money like I have."

"I urgently needed MOT so walked in without appointment. Had a warm and kindly welcome. I was to go back for the car when its all done, but got surprised as the car was dropped off at my house. Its the first time on going to Pars Autos and I and am very impressed. The best service i've ever had. I highly recommend Pars Autos. I will definately go back."

"I 1st came to them by pure chance, having my car hit on the road outside, where their security camera caught the incident, so I asked them for the video copy for my insurance. I was super impressed by their curtesy and the amount of time they spent looking up the recording for me so I started using the garage for servicing and odd jobs and it was fantastic ever since. All jobs done well, never had any issues and at lower price than other local places I used before. I had battery replaced on a home call out and paid something around £90 for delivery, labour and the new battery so really can't complain."

The boys were super friendly and helpful and even made me feel like part of the team by conversation. Friendly service and professional at all times.
