“I came across Silhouette by chance whilst frantically trying to find a prom dress for my daughter. I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again. “Bunny ear sweater is adorable! I was looking for a baby sweatshirt with bunny ears and finding a cute one was not very easy. This one is just right. I like the neutral tan color, although the color does look a bit like a kangaroo. Would be great if they had the sweater in an off white. Wooden buttons are very nice. Highly recommend this company. The clothes are very well made.”

“Very impressed with this site, love the clothes and their customer service is excellent. I ordered a jacket a few weeks ago which was dispatched by them very quickly but then got stuck in a Royal Mail centre and still seems to be there. I let Izabel London know and they instantly replied and sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't get better service than this. “The location is very good in zone 1 of Aldgate East. The hotel is very new so all the facilities and rooms are new, modern, stylish and fully equipped for longer stays. Complimentary coffee and tea from the lounge is always nice. The staff are 100% top notch, always smiling and happy to help where they can. Thank you to all the staff at reception and at the lounge including Ali and Bianca! I've had such a good stay and felt so welcomed. The hotel also offers complimentary events throughout including 6pm yoga's on Mondays and Wednesdays for all guests! Thanks guys! Sharon”

“Update: Best shoes I ever bought, my third pair now and the only one shoes I wear for the last two years everywhere around the world and at home. Love it! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.”
