“Popped into the shop this morning without knowing we needed an appointment. We were greeted with such a caring smile and after saying we would make an appointment and come back, were welcomed into the shop to have a look before the next appointment arrived. With an idea of what my daughter wanted for her uncle's wedding the lovely owner had two dresses picked out for her and showed her with no rush to the fitting room. Within 5 minutes she had a dress that she was over the moon with. Amazing service thank you so much, we have a happy daughter”

We’d been mentally planning the kitchen for a few years so we had a clear vision - which Helen managed to bring to life with her design. The final result is a joy to cook, eat and relax in - we love it. As with any big build we had a few hiccups on the way but Josh was great in helping us out and persistently chasing down our missing appliances which were suffering from supplier delays. And a highlight was fitter Sam an absolute pleasure to have around the house - always a smile and a brilliant attention to detail. Thank you”

Once everything was passed back to me I could have simply ordered it online, had it not have been for the exceptional service I first received from Oliver, I wouldn’t have gone back. As it was, I did and ordered them all in store. Oliver is a credit to the business he was attentive, knowledgable and patient and is the sole reason I used the store and not online to make the transaction. I’ve been using CT for over 10 years now and this is by far the best in store experience I’ve had with them. I will be using in store far more now, rather than online for the reasons above. “I had a great service from Oliver, I couldn't decide which pair for Vans to choose, but Oliver explained the differences like one had cushion back heel and the other one didn't. So i ended up choosing the one with the cushion back heel. I was also explaining to him that, i always like everything in doubles/pairs so i ended up buying a black pair and navy pair of Vans. Oliver was very approachable and friendly, I was on my way to the Beach and I stopped to buy a few things. Oliver was so nice and with a big smile he even told me to have a great day at the beach.
