"A Model Store Manager Went into the store today to finally get a leather jacket for the other half . Was met and looked after by Cain ( forgive me if I've mispelled) he truly embraced and understood her style and went the extra mile . He certainly knows his product range and how things fit . I was impressed by the way he also was tidying the shop whilst talking to his team and his general manner with customers . He gave everyone a real bespoke experience You have a true diamond of a manager thanks Cain in making my shopping trip a dream . The missus so happy with her new jacket although my wallets is smarting ."
