"I visited the Bluewater store and my first impression of the luxurious and classy decor and displays was good. I was greeted by Chris who offered me a seat and refreshments. Chris was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had never owned an automatic watch and Chris explained the benefits and differences of watch movements that really helped me make my decision to purchase the watch I did. I felt I had received the same 5 star treatment whether I was spending £500 or £5000 and that was thanks to Chris.
