"Happy to say that things seem to have improved here recently and service is better. There seem to be more regular staff now and staff are more welcoming. There is also much less chatting and standing about. One negative is that a lot of the lights in the celin don't work so parts of the seating area are in semi darkness. Good coffee and pastries though and usually a good place to stop for a breather on a busy shopping day. Can still be busy at times but not always."

"Seems quite pricey but definitely the nicest lattes I’ve had in awhile. The Wiltshire ham and cheese Toastie was really good. My daughter had a toasted tea cake, not as appealing as the Costa ones. Tiny jam pot is 70p. Things I weren’t so impressed with. Kitchen looked very untidy and messy. Tables weren’t cleared from previous customers. Served my coffee in a takeaway cup, no big deal."

"Horrible, bitter coffee. If I can make a better cup at home, and I'm no barista, then either something is wrong with the operator, the machine or the brand of coffee, or a combination of the three. Bitterly disappointed and I've found somewhere worse than Starbucks!"

"Very good coffee and great variety of muffins. We ordered a wakey wakey breakfast that looked really good in the pictures but we're given a bun with some bacon and told that's what it was. That was disappointing but the muffins are really good."
