His customer service has been exemplary and I would highly recommend Surbiton Hills Apartments. It is also in a great location and was only 20 minutes walk from the London Prosthetic Centre.”

“Small, slightly decent hotel in London, but the tube is about ten minutes away. There is a small kitchen and two bathrooms. The rooms are really small and each has a TV. It is good value for money.”

“I had consultations at a couple of Harley St. hair clinics, but I wasn’t filled with confidence - both felt like I was getting a hard sell rather than an attentive and informative consulation. I tried the Treatment Rooms and was immediately at ease that Dr Vara, who did my initial consultation, would be the person carrying-out the procedure. He answered all and any questions I had and was completely honest about the potential results. On the day, the procedure was actually incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Dr Vara, Dr Fernando and their entire team were incredibly friendly, great fun, highly knowledgeable and consummate professionals - my comfort was their highest concern and nothing was too much trouble. The procedure was literally pain-free. Even the initial aneasthetic injections were barely noticeable due to their novel distraction technique. I’m now a few days into my recovery - there’s still no discomfort at all and the results are looking great. Their aftercare has been comprehensive with full instructions on what I need to do and I know I’m able to contact Dr Vara personally should I have any questions or concerns at all. I had been considering a transplant for a couple of years, but within minutes of meeting Dr Vara any hesitation disappeared and I’m so pleased I went ahead. I can’t wait to see the final results! The Treatment Rooms exceeded my expectations in every respect and I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Absolute legends!”

“10/10 recommend— Renee is absolutely lovely, she was incredibly friendly and professional when showing me properties and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot and even on the weekends almost immediately after me emailing her. Every flat I saw with her was in immaculate condition— clean, well kept and looked exactly like the photos. Furthermore I did not feel any pressure to make a decision in terms of putting an offer and she was also happy to allow me to view the properties again before deciding. Amanda has now taken over in terms of managing the tenancy and she too has been great— like Renee, very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and ensured I was fully comfortable with everything before finalizing my tenancy agreement. “Really fabulous food and service. We live opposite, and avoided this place for food (the beer has always been great) for ages. The food and service is now top gastro-pub standard. Chicken liver parfait with pickled watermelon (yes, pickled) is sublime. As is the wild mushrooms with Stilton on toast, topped with a runny-yolk duck egg. Mmmmm Sunday roast is, for me, all about very pink beef and sticky proper gravy (chef told me he makes his by roasting a whole carcass for 24 hours then stewing it for a further 12 hrs. So, a change in management, and/or chef, and this place is transformed. This will be our go-to for a loooong time. Keep up the great work folks!!!”

Flavors with many layers of spices and textures, quality of ingredients - everything came together so well! The service was a bit slow thought because the place was very busy but the food was worth every second of wait.”
