Travelodge Thurrock Lakeside
“Stayed here with work. Very clean accommodation. Very Friendly staff. Next to the lake and Lakeside shopping centre. Free on site car parking. Bargain priced food. 2 courses under £13. Happy hour on drinks in bar between 5 and 7. Brilliant value accommodation. Yes maybe a little short staffed but I was not in any rush. Its not marketed as a top class hotel so don't expect it. If you want that then book elsewhere. If you want basic, clean accommodation with friendly staff then book here. Will definitely stay again when in area. Brilliant value for money.”

LSE Bankside House
“We stayed for 3 nights at the start and end of our recent trip to England. The highest of high points for this hotel is its price, particularly for families with several children like ours; we were able to fit into a few large rooms. They are dorm rooms, but clean and safe feeling and not cramped, which is all I was looking for. The rooms do not have TVs, but we had iPads and free WiFi, so it was never an issue. It should be noted that these are dorms, not a purpose-built hotel, but if you are looking for something more substantial than a hostel it provides great bang-for-the-buck (or pound). The location rivaled the price for the best aspect of this hotel. We walked around the Tate and had immediate access to the Bankside restaurants, the Globe (where we watched a play while standing up), and the Millennium Bridge (across which we went to Evensong at St. Paul's). A brief walk to a Tube or bus stop, and we were able to get anywhere in England! Within one block were grocery stores and other services, which meant we could conveniently finish our sightseeing days with a simple meal if we didn't want to eat out at a restaurant. Many reviews will mention the breakfast, which was excellent. With a bunch of kids, the ability to get a hot, protein-rich breakfast, some hot drinks, and a couple pieces of fruit was really amazing. Finally, I was impressed by the staff. We unintentionally visited during a massive festival in London, and so the hotel was packed with a lot of people from all over the world. The staff were positive and helpful in every interaction we had with them. Everyone I saw working in the cafeteria, reception, and housekeeping were efficient, professional, and pleasant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”
Davidson House - Student Accommodation Kingston
“Davidson House is one of the best accomodation option for students in Kingston, it's location is perfect for commuting to anywhere within greater London at any given time. There are some issues at times as there's no full-time security or attendant on property & maintenance person also visits just once every week, which is troublesome at times; but all thanks to property manager Mrs. Smriti Shah for dedicatedly working towards delivering best possible experience for the resident students.”

“Stayed here early August. 13 - 15 mins walk to the highstreet which was great for me & my daughter. Residential area Tucked away from the main road so the noise doesn't wake you up early. phone network wasn't perfect but when i connected to the wifi that helped.”

The Wesley Euston
“Before staying here I did read the reviews and was wondering to to expect, but I'm also the sort of person that likes to experience things first hand before making up my mind. We had a standard double room on the first floor and you can hear the tube trains but not during the night, so it didn't bother us. The room and bathroom were clean, modern and nicely decorated, although the paint was peeling in a couple of places on the bathroom walls (nothing that can't be easily fixed). It was cosy, but you have to expect that in London and it was absolutely fine for the two of us. The bed was comfy and we made use of the extra pillows in the wardrobe as individually they're a bit thin, but with 2 each it was perfect. I liked that there was hot chocolate available in the room as well as the usual tea and coffee and that the toiletries in the bathroom were in large bottles, so much less waste. The hotel itself is in an old building with old windows, but they open which is a bonus and they have extra glazing on the inside to keep the heat in the room. Our bathroom also had a window you could open which was nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Overall, if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel room in London for a night, the Wesley Euston is worth a visit.”
The Pack and Carriage
“We really enjoyed our stay at The Pack and Carriage. It's in a quiet area only a 10 minute walk from the busy Camden. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The breakfast was more than we had hoped for, and the coffee was great. The reception is open 24 hours. As a guest you can use the wifi during your stay. It's an old building so the floors are squeaky, but that makes the place charming. We will definitely come back here again. So I strongly recommend this hotel.”

“My boots were taken from me by staff while I was sleeping. When I asked them to call the cops, they found my boots in the office claiming that I need to lock them in a specific locker, that matches the bed number, with a padlock because they said people get entire suitcases left behind. The kitchen was super clean and of restaurant quality. Free tea. Hot showers. Laundry. Great location. I'd definitely stay here again. It's worth it if you lock up your valuables and sleep with your keys inside your clothes. Thanks Clink .”
Morland House Serviced Apartments
“I stayed here recently as I was working in the area and I cannot recommend this property enough. The location is excellent, the apartment I stayed in was spacious and had everything I needed and the staff were super welcoming. Best apartment I have stayed at in a long time.”
