“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“It was perfect for our weekend in family. Our daughter loved her bunk bed. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower was very nice and hot, bed was comfy. Not much space in the room, but we did not need it either. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff nice and smiley. Would definitely return.”

“We stayed here for one night for my nephews birthday. On arrival we were met by the lovely Raj, the Deputy Manager. Check in wasn’t til 3 but we agreed to pay a small fee for early check in. Raj kindly upgraded us to a family room with a beautiful view and also gave the kids some chocolates. He even offered to put the birthday banners in the room whilst we went shopping. Summary - great hotel; spacious and clean, friendly staff and a short distance to the nearest tube stop and shops and restaurants.”

“Our stay here was a few days. Very quiet and peaceful place. You even have your own personal key and without it you cannot get into the lift to your room so very safe, not anybody can come in. Built in showers that are clean and TV and confectionery provided.”

“Honestly cannot fault this place. I didn't expect much, but was greeted with the cheeriest welcome on reception, the room was cheap, big enough, clean and the bed was comfy. Surprisingly quiet considering it backs onto Vauxhall station too, so they have done an exceptional job on soundproofing. The cafe/bar was a star of the show too. Great menu, really tasty and again clean and lovely service.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Point A hotel. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean and compact. The location is amazing if you want to see many things within London because it is nearby the London Eye and it is a two minute walk to the Underground. We will definitely come back!”

“I stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. It started off well with super accommodating luggage storage and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and modern with nice and convenient touches plus daily housekeeping kept it fresh. The shower/bath was lovely too. The location was also nice as well with Kensington High St a short walk away with shops, cafes, restaurants and a tube station. I would for sure stay there again next time I’m in London.”

“I had just finished a 12 hour shift at the hospital and Kelly at reception made my check in very smooth and she was so caring . Customer service from staff is a 10/10. Rooms are spotless and bed is very comfortable. Easy to locate too with lots of shops in the area.”

“I finally arrived at the hostel at 3am after a long night in London customs. Thankfully a staff member was awake and let me in pass check in time. Slept soundly till check out. The morning staff member was more than happy to store my luggage while I explored the university museum next door. Staff was 10 out of 10! Joyful attitudes. Place is a on the older so fair warning it is several stairs up to the dorms. For the price and location, its a nice place!”

“Great location, easy to get around and cute shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the tube as well. The apartment itself is a large one bedroom with a kitchen and balcony. All the finishes are nice and modern.”

“Its a great stay, staff are so kind and helpful, the beds are so comfortable and room was very clean. I missed my breakfast by 40 minutes because I got the timing wrong and Falguni was kind enough to give me toast and a yogurt. That really touched my heart and she didn't have to, she also went ahead to ask me if I needed anything else. Love the service would definelty recommend.”

“Really enjoyed the views we got from room 709. We stayed in a superior room on a weekend and the price is fair compared to the location. If you enjoy train watching the superior rooms have great views. You could see views of the Shard as well. The rooms were clean and can't fault anything about it.”

She was very kind and the food she cooked was delicious. She has a great personality and really engages with her customers.”

“Absolutely a great Hotel with a great location in London. You are a few meters away from Victoria Station and this means that you are near everything that matters in London. Room are a small but cleaned every days. Bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the heat: no air conditioning and only a 'basic' floor fan that was practically useless. I suggest it for a quick trip with family or friends.”
