“Location is prime. You’re only a few minutes away from Earl’s Court Station with lots of options close by for food, supermarkets and SIM cards. The room, while small, was cosy, comfortable and (very) clean. The service was excellent across reception, housekeeping and breakfast. I would happily stay there again when I return to London.”

“by reading their reviews we all know two things about this place: - the rooms are small; - the location is insanely perfect; so with that in mind, don't expect to find big and spacious rooms, but something useful for a nice hot shower and some rest after a day exploring london, and that is exactly what we've found. at least 5 tube lines are within 5 minutes of walking, plus many pubs, supermarkets, restaurants and famous tourist attractions. we had a good time and considered a really good value for money but, again, you need to know what to expect.”

“I checked in on Thursday 2nd November 2017, the check in was very quick and the male receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful, I found the same when checking out on Thursday 9th November 2017. The double room was very clean indeed ( decoration, carpets and most importantly the bed sheets, the bed was very comfortable too ). The bathroom was sparkling and housekeeping staff were very helpful from day one. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent as was the service, the staff were a credit to Arran Guest House. The Guest House was very convenient to all public transport ( Mainline station and several bus routes ). I enjoyed my stay and could find no faults with the service of the excellent staff, so much so, I intend to return early in the new year. ( It is my pleasure to award Arran Guest House 10 out of 10 for the excellent service from all the staff including how they maintained the internal and external of this lovely property )”

“My wife and I stayed at the Melbourne House Hotel for a week stay and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very accommodating, and the rooms size was as expected for London. A couple minute walk to Pimlico station and about a 10 minute walk to Victoria Station. About a 20 minute walk to the Westminster sights. The breakfast was a really nice adder. The fact that the Hotel did not have lifts was not of any concern for us, but it might be for you.”

“I am currently staying at the Hive, and it’s the perfect place to live here in London. It’s well located, you can find everything you need in the area. The Tube station and Overground station are both within 5 minutes walk. The crew is awesome, very kind, and always helpful ! Beside that, it is highly secure, a security guard stands at the reception during all nights and the week-ends. They sometimes prepare some parties, where each student is welcome. The rooms are comfy, clean, and modern. Which is a very good point (knowing some places here in London). You get everything you need, a big awesome bed, a kitchen, a fridge, Internet, Facilities (which are very good). The common spaces are great. Coming from another country, I had so many things in my head, I had lots of problems when I first arrived in London, and I was happy that the accommodation wasn’t one, in fact, living here is so good that when I was there, it was as if these problems didn’t even exist. After less than a week, I felt like home. I highly recommend this place, you couldn’t find a better place to stay.”

“First of all, we would like to thank the very, very friendly and courteous staff. My son and I are from Germany and we are on holiday in London. After three full days, we wanted to relax. There are two pools. One for little non-swimmers and one where you can just swim your lengths. My son then went to the in-house gym. Cally Pool & Gym, we recommend.”

“My daughter was I’ll in hospital and I needed to find a room asap. This hotel was so well placed for St Mary’s Paddington it was literally 5 mins walk. The staff were so lovely and helpful at an extremely traumatic time I was so grateful. I was able to park my car there and I could pop back and forth and have rest in between visits. The room was comfortable and lovely and clean. The breakfast was well cooked and enjoyed by all the guest ( although I would have loved a yougurt which is my problem not there’s ) Thankyou to all the staff fantastic stay . Definitely come back hopefully in better circumstances.”

“We rented the Alexandra road flat for > 1 month, while our house was renovated. We already knew that Alexandra road was a nice quiet road near Watford junction and Watford town centre, so had no reservations before renting it. It was a stylish and well looked after flat, with an excellent and timely communication from the service company. We have no reservations to recommend both for either short or long term stays.”

“For peace of mind with this heating plan, excellent service and affordable insurance are provided. Techs arrived promptly and were courteous. My boiler is older than average, so I had to replace a part that wasn't in Homeserve's inventory. Fortunately, the part was ordered very quickly, and I was called when it did.”

“I was very impressed with the above and beyond service received from Sergio at the local Worcester Park Sainsbury's. Due a fault with my card I wasn't able to pay for my bags of sweets. Sergio realised there was a problem and he came over to help me. He offered to pay with his card for my shopping and I was shocked that someone is so kind and would do that! Couldn't believe that there are still kindly hearted people out there. I later returned to the store and paid Sergio back but I just wanted to give him credit and say thank you once more :-)”

“I was so pleasantly surprised by what I got for the price I paid. The room was spacious and cleaned every single day. There was loads of choice for breakfast. The pool and sauna were so nice to pop down to at the end of a busy day. There’s a really nice restaurant 3 minutes away called Harlem Soul. It took us about 20 minutes by tube/bus to get into the centre of London. Definitely going to stay there again!”

Apartment is quiet and looks nice, we really love it here - The only problem with living here is that the flats seem to use a ceiling heated system which can be really expensive! Our monthly electricity bill comes out at £300 a month with EDF and were quoted the same with other suppliers.”

“This is in my personal opinion i think this is probably the best rehab centre there is. I was sent there arter having a cardiac arrest and was bed bound for 3 months in darent valley. I stayed there for a month and they got me back on my feet in no time. I have to say it was very hard work but worth it. I am eternally grateful for all the help and support they gave me.
