I’ve been using CT for over 10 years now and this is by far the best in store experience I’ve had with them. I will be using in store far more now, rather than online for the reasons above. “Really helpful. I needed shoes for my wedding, was buying a very expensive £280 pair but they didn't have my colour in my size. I was flying out in five days time. I asked them if they could get multiple pairs in just in case the pair they got, had a mark. They phoned round my request immediately while I was still leaving the store.
