I paid £4.99 for delivery next day as this was a Weekend I was told to expect on the Monday and the top arrived on the Tuesday. “In the days where it’s just as easy to go online and order from most companies, it’s the service from the staff that matters the most. I had been tasked with purchasing 10 suits for a work event, no mean feat considering half the wearers were not based in the UK. After an initial chat with Oliver he understood the brief and gave me all the information needed to hand to the relevant people. Once everything was passed back to me I could have simply ordered it online, had it not have been for the exceptional service I first received from Oliver, I wouldn’t have gone back. As it was, I did and ordered them all in store. Oliver is a credit to the business he was attentive, knowledgable and patient and is the sole reason I used the store and not online to make the transaction. I’ve been using CT for over 10 years now and this is by far the best in store experience I’ve had with them. I will be using in store far more now, rather than online for the reasons above. Just to mention, James was also very helpful in arranging the multi suit order and would like to recognise him also.”

Contacted the store spoke to Sam said he could help turnt up at 7pm by 8pm I had a suit tie and shoes and also some accessories thanks to Sam's help and attention great customer surface second to none.
