Firstly I missed them picking up my car (my fault), they waited for 30 mins then left and when I rang up to apologise they came back again straight away and were really nice about it. All the way through the repair they called me every couple of days to keep me updated and finished the job quickly. They also returned the car quickly and did a fantastic job - looked brand new. They even cleaned inside, washed it and replaced the antenna which I didn't even mention was damaged and was outside the scope of the work. Very impressive service!”
