"Very good service, the driver came on time, on a nice, clean car and not too expensive. Maybe the communication between the person I spoke to to book & the drivers needs to improve a little, I called the second time to make them aware I had 2 cases with me and to alert the driver, the operator reassured it was ok, however, the driver was not too impressed and reluctant to load them in the car."

"One star because there Is No less possible. I called them 20 min earlier in advance not to wait. Asked for cab in 20 min. After 30 min there was still no cab. I’m 8 months pregnant and was desperate to go to toilet. Called them . Said 5-6 min. After another 10 min called them , they said driver will call me . He didn’t. Called them again 5 min later . They said they will call driver and call me back . Never did . I needed to carry all this bags home . Not the first time they did me like that . I spoke with Menager after last time . Avoid people!!!! Worst company ever."
