"Dumb Indian guy at the till, pretending to be mute. Gave burnt tasting coffee. Resisting to ask him to remake as he started speaking suddenly to the next customer. Hire qualified people rather than mental cases."

"Only 4 people serving and two of those were preparing the take away collections which are more important than the 20 people waiting for a coffee they've just paid for. This service station should made more coffee houses available rather than this one that can serve as it pleases . Poor service but a great product no matter how limited the staff are ."

"Young guy taking our order at the till was so lazy. When taking our order he was fine to say "we don't have that" when I asked for something but there was no alternative offered so I spent ages going through the menu to find they didn't have half of it! He was so rude too, no please or thank you. We waited ages for our order while everyone behind us received theirs. My partner ended up sending hers back because it tasted so bad. She had asked for something that she had originally been told was out of stock but saw several others leaving with it so asked for it to be changed to that instead. I don't come here often but after this experience will go to one of the other outlets selling hot drinks instead."

"Usual Starbucks things... outside area. Nice selection of mugs and travel mugs. On my latest visit I had a maple rooibois late. If you don’t like coffee, it’s a very nice alternative. I’ve never seen it before, so I’m wondering if it’s seasonal"

"It's a bigger Starbucks than I expected, lots of range for food and drin, that's what the 1 star is for. The actual drink I ordered was not nice at all. I ordered at Toffee Nut Latte (decaff), as the picture on the advert looks amazing (see photo), and it sounded delicious. The name I said was Helena, but of course that was translated to Leanna. The paid £4.40 for a medium sized TNL (Toffee Nut Latte) - see photo What I was actually given was a poorly made cappuccino (see photo), with enough froth to make me choke. That's not cream, just pure froth. I then finally got past the froth, only to take a very weak and partially sweet drink. I gave it a stir, but that only made it taste worse. As you can see, no cream or toppings, even though that what you pay for, they dont bother. Waste of money, stick to a flat white. Even then, I'm not sure the coffee making techniques here are adequate enough to even get that right."
