“I bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter for school at the lakeside shop 3 weeks ago,wasn't given a receipt! The shoe strap broke so returned them to the basildon store,the young assistant SONNY was 100% brilliant, he exchanged the shoes for me even going out of his way to go and find the same pair, The lakeside shop is untidy and the assistant was unhelpful, I won't be visiting the lakeside shop again but the basildon store has my 100% recommendation,”

Such a cool vibe inside, it felt like you were in a different dimension LMAO 2 floors jam-packed with vintage clothing; lots of awesome finds, some cheap some expensive, branded and unbranded. “Joined the Halfords premium club and my car received the 10 point car check for free. Had the best help from John who pumped up all car tyres, added oil, checked wipers, topped up coolant, wiper fluid and anti freeze etc! Milo at the desk was very helpful with registration for the premium club and processing my discount and payment. I will also be getting a ‘free’ MOT in the near future via Halfords using my premium club subscription . All in all great customer service. Thank you Halfords.”

“Just took a car lock back to Halfords West Wickham that my 86 year old mum brought, as it came without keys or instructions. The lovely lady at the till offered to replace it immediately and then was really helpful checking that my mum could use it due to the arthritis in her thumbs. My mum had been quite stressed about taking it back so the kind service was a great relief for her. Thank you!”

“Great M&S food hall location in Colindale. The fruit and veg is extremely fresh and good prices. They have an extensive food range including ready made meals and dinners. There is also a small drinks section which is good. The store is very large with alot of space which makes it easy to navigate. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Very quiet, floor sales people are nice. Everything was in order and well displayed and clean but the manager is way to tense on the staff and how the shop floor was being run as if it was a busy day and everything was out of place but it wasn't. Maybe he just needs to chill a bit. We went home with a pair of school shoes both me and my daughter were happy with and I know my daughters feet are in good hands.”
