We had two evening meals which were hot and well presented . Everywhere was clean neat and tidy. We would return in the future . “Great little guest house, parking on site if pre arranged. Friendly, welcoming host, good bathroom, comfy beds, clean room. Everything you could need. There is a train line behind but there's no horns blaring & the trains are pretty quiet, double glazing does a good job of masking the sound but be aware if you're a light sleeper. We will certainly be back”

The parking here is really easy, sometimes it does get busy but there is parking round the back of the hotel itself that people don't realise! We were not disappointed but overwhelmed by the beauty of its coastline and scenery and by the hospitality and friendliness of its citizens. The Hotel was amazing, the best I have ever stayed in and far superior in every way to those in the Caribbean. "The Residence ‘met all our needs in luxury, attention to detail, and the hospitality shown towards us by the staff. We were given a ‘Butler’ who was always on call if needed and our room was well serviced by our very friendly chambermaid who changed our sheets after so many days without our prompting. The food choice was overwhelming and of a high quality, as was the service provided by those waiting on the tables. A big thank you to all the staff who made our visit so memorable and especially to the Manager who made our last day relaxing by extending our room stay because of our late flight. I must also mention that the local agents Coquille Bonheur were excellent, as was the service provided by Enchanting Holidays .”

“I have been staying in this hotel for 1 or 2 nights a week, most weeks, for over a year now, for work reasons. If you want a bed for the night, a shower, a toilet and not much else - this is the place for you. Personally I’d rather spend the other £50-70 on dinner/drinks than stay at what would still be a basic travelodge etc. at twice the price. Jay on reception is a great guy and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible at what is, at the end of the day, a very basic, low budget hotel. Location is absolutely fantastic with a very short walk to Paddington station. Understand what you are booking - this isn’t the Ritz, but it’s fine by me.”
