"Very unprofessional and have absolutely ZERO customer service skills. I applied through their office for a business visa to Saudi Arabia and have been informed that it will take 3-5 days max. 15 days later, following multiple calls and emails requesting an update on the status of my passport, Al Jazeera were refusing to accept liability in delivering my passport. Why? Because the staff at the office couldn’t properly inform the postman on the correct address format and subsequently the postman failed to deliver the parcel and had to return it back to the office. This has caused a week of delay and I then had no choice but to go to their office to collect my passport and ask for a refund. The manager at the place, Saleh, and his assistant, Anaya, both refused to acknowledge that the delay was from their end and they even failed to apologies or at least refund me something of my 400£ bill. Oh, by the way, the visa to Saudi costs less than a 100£ and 300£ were for their services. I’m never going to forget this rip off and I urge you not to deal with this office whatsoever."

"I applied my Saudi Arabian visit visa through Al Jazeera Travel. Very professional service. Kept in touch through WhatsApp and emails with constant update about the application status. They charged me a reasonable amount and got Saudi tourist visit visa in just 2 days. Happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Al Jazeera."
