"We returned from a two night stay . All staff were helpful and friendly in the bar reception and restaurant and dealt with all our requirements . Breakfast was hot and plentiful with good variety. We had two evening meals which were hot and well presented . Everywhere was clean neat and tidy. We would return in the future . Only down side thought car parking was expensive £24 Thank you to you all ."

"I tell you why I don’t like this place. The first time I bring guest to this hotel around 9pm, there is no one at reception for 5 minutes. The time that I come back again is for correct a company invoice with right name. I walk in around 14:32, the staff told me her colleagues will help, I stay on the side to watch the guest queue up for 10-20 minutes without service, there only a new staff here who served me at reception. I ask that woman, is there anyone will come as she told me and my free 20 minutes free will gone. She said she will do something about it. Another 5-10 minute there is a staff come out said to me: we can’t do it. You need to contact head office. I walk out that place around 15:20. I need pay £6 for the hotel parking (you only able to pay 30minutes each portion)and 50 minutes waste in your hotel reception for nothing. Thank you! Guys remember pay the parking when you send your friend to this hotel cos the check in time will take ages."

"All over it's a good hotel. The rooms are clean and big enough, there is a bed for two people and a sofa. The hotel isn't very expensive and the breakfast is nice for this price. Unfortunately the room smells musty and there is no ventilation system in the bathroom. The staff is a bit unmotivated, but if you ask something, they'll fix it. The tube is about 10 walk minutes ago, so you can move to London city in about 30 minutes. The price-performance ratio is okay, if you Look to other hotels in London."

"Excellent dinner service from Mo as we were in a hurry thank you beautiful steak. Twin bedroom consisted of a double plus a sofa without mattress/ topper , no bedside locker or socket/ lighting facilities for sofa. So not fit for purpose for 2 adult females. Breakfast good value for money."

"Nice clean rooms, helpful staff. Parking on site worked out quite expensive but there are other options in walking distance. Breakfast was tasty and staff in the restaurant kept everything topped up."
