“From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The lodges are of a very high spec and everything you could want or need has been thought about. The quality and finish of the lodges are excellent and you would be hard pushed to find a better thought out living and relaxing space in any 5 star hotel. Rebecca was a wonderful host giving us great instructions on how to find the place and allowing us some flexibility with check out time. We were there as part of my wife’s birthday celebration and they had put some balloons in the property which was a lovely touch. All in all i don’t want to say how amazing this place was because I want to make sure we are able to get a booking in the future but it really is one of the best glamping spots I have been to and cannot think of anything that I would change. Book it, book it now.”

“Beautiful location . Useful off street parking in front of house. Within reasonable walking distance from vibrant high street and Surbiton station. Large house with tastefull interior decor. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely large rear garden, with view from breakfast room. Excellent breakfast buffet with thoughtful variety of healthy eating options. Best full English breakfast we've ever had and well presented. Our hosts were quiet, friendly and helpful. A delightful stay.”

“We had a fantastic experience of staying at Teddington Lodge. Chi and Vito were super efficient in handling any queries. Quick response and quick action on everything we needed. Will 100% recommend. We stayed in the family room which had everything we needed from excellent hobs to washing machine and dryer. The location of Teddington lodge is ideal with links to Kingston and Hampton. There is a Tesco Express 5 mins walk from the lodge on Broad Street with friendly opening times.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay, most likely the best in the area! Julia is one of the loveliest, most hospitable people I've ever met and she goes above and beyond for her guests. My partner, our cat and I stayed here for 3 weeks due to a moving house mishap and Julia truly made us feel at home. I've never imagined I could feel so much at home at a hotel room, she was very supportive with everything we were going through and was a true friend. The rooms are lovely and immaculately clean, the location is great and there is only good things to be said about Rowan Park Lodge!”

“This Hammersmith Guest house is a real find. It has a lovely breakfast included and the staff are lovely. If you are looking for a B & B in Hammersmith (or a B & B near Hammersmith) I would 100% recommend. It is only a few minutes walk from tube and the Hammersmith Apollo. I stayed in the garden room located in their beautiful gardens, it was so lovely and quiet, a little bit of chilled out paradise in the centre of London! I have stayed in so many 5* hotels in London but now that I have found this gem of a guesthouse in Hammersmith I would never stay anywhere else. I just wish I had found it sooner.”

“Eric and Julia have been an incredible help! They assisted my family and me throughout the booking experience as well as the check in to checking out nearby locations to visit. “I have been in contact with Quba Travel Ltd for the past 2 years regarding Hajj. Due to the pandemic, we could not go to hajj in 2020 or 2021 and just about a month ago when we were looking to get ready to go to hajj in 2022 with Quba travel, the Saudi hajj ministry had other plans. Even though we now are unable to go to Hajj with Quba anymore, I would still recommend them for 2 reasons, one is because of my dear friend Shaykh Abid Khan's recommendation of Quba back in 2019 and second, because of my experience with them over the last 2 years. There was a lot of uncertainty during the pandemic but at each stage I was given a thorough update about any and all developments regarding the state of hajj. I specifically want to thank brother Shahid with whom I had the most contact with. He was mashaAllah incredibly courteous, professional and helpful in all of his emails and phone calls. Alhamdullilah, I felt content every time I spoke with him and even now that we are parting ways, he has offered to help should I get selected for Hajj this year inshaAllah. May Allah reward brother Shahid and other brothers in Quba travel who provided me with timely updates. “My daughter, son-in-law and I enjoyed the most fabulous house and property in Paros! Close enough to drive everywhere on the island, but removed so that we could have peace and quiet (and usually, our own private beach). The marble and details of the house are gorgeous, with many amenities and places to hang out and enjoy the incredible views. Jamie, Freddie and Rosie are great to work with, and connected us with the property that best met our needs. Roomy and comfortable enough for 6 people. I am already planning my next trip back to Greece, and will work with the Luxury Travel Group again.”

“27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“Stopped by the Stafford for a drink and lunch with my wife and father and law to repeat a tradition passed down from my dad who has been going to the Stafford for many years. We were really impressed by the service and staff and how well they accommodated our small sleeping baby in a stroller. Great experience, great service - highly recommend the restaurant and American Bar.”

“My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting London. Small hotel which is amazing. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are small but had what we needed. The bathroom and shower was so nice. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.”

“We stayed here as our mini-moon for a weekend. The staff were very attentive, Kamel in particular was very kind and welcoming. The food were delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot to offer and choices and again, very quick and lovely service and food. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The extra attention to detail and dedicated card did not go unnoticed. Overall, a very pleasant stay to celebrate our wedding!”

“Perfect location, close to public transport, small Tesco, bank of Thames are nearby. Rooms were updated, spacious and clean and the small kitchen was a useful extra. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious. When we visit London we will stay here again.”

“One of my rare 5-star reviews :-P. Check-in: Uncomplicated, and pleasant, with Peter explaining facilities available. Room: Wow. Large, spacious (by London standards), clean, and clean modern decor. Small functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, tea, cookies, UHT milk. Bathroom equally spacious, with adjustable height shower (no rainfall shower, if that matters to you). Small settee at the end of the bedto stretch out and relax. Comfortable bed, with reading lights. Small table with chairs, for a quick bite to eat. Room relatively quiet, very little noise intrusion from outside, occasional noise from corridor, but all in all, pretty quiet. Facilities: Breakfast (7-11 weekdays) served at lobby lounge. Continental and simple; best to inspect prior to purchase to decide value for money. Lounge was clean and open to guests, with 24/7 coffee/tea available. Staff: Friendly throughout. Room wasn't serviced for 2 night stay, but that was OK with me. Location: A little bit of a walk from Underground or Overground station (15 mins brisk walk), but buses available. Lots to eat in the vicinity, looks like quite a thriving and mid-scale neighborhood. 10 mins brisk walk to the British Design Centre. (Minor) Grouses: No shower gel provided (but shampoo, tiny bar of soap and body lotion). More eco approach would be to provide dispensers for the above, rather than single use plastics. Detergent and sponge provided for kitchenette, but no dishcloth or disposable wipe (paper towels provided, though!) Summary: Modern, spacious, comfortable. Would stay again, in a shot!”

“Location was great for getting to and from Greenwich. Getting back into Central London was also easy (lots of public transport options) Room was great. Had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights. Loved the little fully equipped kitchenette. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Reception was really busy when we arrived (and housekeeping were struggling to turn rooms around so there were people waiting) however, I'd checked in on line before travelling and our room was ready and waiting (so would definitely recommend acting on the check in email before arriving). Reception staff were brilliant (it was clearly very busy but they were so polite). Megan was extremely helpful and friendly. Reception is staffed 24 hours and doors lock late evening so it felt really safe and secure (for two female guests) . Area is fine, co-op across the road, right next to the DLR and bus stops outside. We walked to and from Greenwich (takes 20-25 minutes. 6-7 minute walk to New Cross railway station too. Would definitely use Staycity again whether Deptford Bridge or other location.”
