Last week whilst on furlough, I decided to try and un-block my downstairs cloakroom sink and what was meant to be an easy job, turned into a situation whereby my whole pop-up plug assembly and u bend needing replacing. I felt that the least that I could do would be to take 5 minutes to thank Brands Of Watford for being open, Richard for being at work and for his brilliant service and assistance!
