"I visited the Amersham store in September 2019 and was looked after by Jeremy who helped me choose an electric sit/stand desk and ergonomic chair. Since I switched jobs 3 years ago, I found that I was spending up to 40 hours per week stuck in front of a computer and my back was starting to hurt. I did a fair bit or research before my visit and knew that HAG chairs had a great reputation. Desk-wise while they all did the same thing, I wanted to be sure that it was stable as I have a huge gaming PC. Jeremy then set up and adjusted my new chair in the shop before I took it home that day. It’s brilliant! The desk takes 10 working days to be delivered and they did it in 8. Chris arrived at the allotted pre-arranged time and set everything up – the desk, motor, cable tray and he even managed to hang my huge gaming PC to the underside which is a huge bonus. Getting it off the floor and out of the way is fantastic. I love my new desk and wish I’d bought one years ago. I now don’t feel trapped in one position while I work. A few weeks later my chair started squeaking and within 5 minutes of me sending a video clip Jeremy phoned me to resolve the issue. He worked out what the problem was using a chair in the showroom and talked me through the fix over the phone. A simple case of tightening two screws underneath.
