I was sent pictures of all the parts for the car and informed when I would be able to collect the car. I called very last minute on a Sunday and yet he was still able to fit me in. “Our car broke down outside the shop at night. Next day went to see it with my husband; the owners were outside working on another car. We asked if they could take a look to see what the problem was. They were able to diagnose the fan belt immediately and spent a little time to help fix the car so it was in a drivable state. They gave price range of how much they would charge as well as other mechanics so we wouldn't be overpriced elsewhere. Offered an open door if we wanted to come back and get it fixed with them. Genuinely nice brothers that own the store, went out of their way to help us!”

All the work was explained to me in depth (gas leak, boiler maintenance, Hive app and descaler on my boiler). The hair stylist was very knowledgeable, experienced and knew my hair type, requirements and even gave her advice in hair care, products and styling tips for aftercare and maintenance. She coloured my hair to tone it down and match my roots perfectly, treated it with conditioner and really showed care and sensitivity using the products on my damaged hair. A perfect cut and blow dry to finish and an aftercare consultation to inform me on the best products and hair care routine. The manager knows her clients well and confidently leads her staff. The additional eyebrows tint, threading and manicures were completed to perfection! A highly recommended beauty and hair salon and would go back for the cost, staff and services. It is my number one salon and each treatment is high quality. 5 stars! Thank you to everyone at Violets.”
