“They make the tastiest chicken tikka masala ever. If they sold the sauce in jars I would buy it for all my friends and family. Lovely Bombay potatoes and their mint sauce is great too. The delivery drivers are always happy and friendly, this is my favourite takeaway.”

I cannot praise all the staff highly enough - both in the hotel and the Brewer's Fayre next door - for their helpfulness, politeness and professionalism, especially Judith on Reception. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and great value for families with the kids eat free deal :-) You won't be disappointed here - do give it try!”

“I underwent surgery yesterday and was under the care of Mr Nigel Day and his amazing female Dr colleague ( so sorry that I can't remember her name) along with the anaesthetist. I cannot tell you how amazing all of the staff were to me from booking the appointment with Shirley and then arriving at the day surgery right through to Swift ward at the end of the day. Mr Day took the time to visit me on the ward at the end of a long day to check I was okay and to advise me of the surgery he performed. The care was exceptional and all of the staff should feel very proud that they are caring for patients who can be anxious. Long may our NHS continue and maybe it is time we all stood together as a nation to help them earn a rightful wage and more resource. I know there are organisations already in operation and I intend to support the cause more aggressively than I have to date. Thank youa nd much appreciated Sally :)”

“I was disappointed that there was no lift, as women travelling alone are always put on the top floor for some reason. My room was also the first one from the stairs. Fortunately I was only disturbed but one group of people shouting along the corridor. My main complaint, though, was the freezing cold water coming from the shower. When I mentioned this to the receptionist as I left, she told me I should have informed reception. When I said I'm not sure how when I was in the shower, she just said "oh". Update to previous review: I stayed here last weekend and it felt completely different to last time. The day before I arrived, one of the receptionists, Megan, rang to check if there was anything in particular that I required for my room. I have been staying in Premier Inns for years and have stayed in loads of them and this has never happened before. She asked if I was coming for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my birthday the previous day and that I was visiting my daughter. When I arrived in my room, I found a box of chocolates, a can of lager and a small bottle of sparkling wine, along with a card and birthday message from the hotel. I thought this was such a lovely thing to do. Megan deserves a special mention because she was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.”

“We first came across the wonder that is John Fitzpatrick when he was working within the NHS and boy were we were very lucky to find John. My husband had suffered a severe road accident injury and we were advised by the surgeon that he would never get full range of motion back. Thanks to the dedication and detremination of John, my husband surpassed all expectations, the best day ever was when he walked into see John on crutches and came out later with just a walking stick. We have been to John a few times over the years and he has always managed to sort out our injuries, strains ans sprains. I would not hesitate to recomend John and the other Physios at tbe practice.”

“Ravi at Epsom Cars was efficient from start to finish for our return booking to and from Heathrow Airport. We were a party of 4 with full luggage and we had a very early morning pick up. We were reassured by receiving a text at 4.45am to let us know our taxi was on its way. We were delayed on our return journey to Heathrow and also at passport control but our taxi was there waiting for us. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this company and will be using them again”

“Having trawled round all the big named furniture stores in Croydon and Guildford, we found our new sofas practically on our doorstep. The Epsom branch has way more stock on show than I'd thought. The staff were helpful but not remotely pushy, leaving us to browse and consider our purchase. They also let us take swatch books home overnight to see fabrics in situ. We were kept informed on delivery lead times, and the delivery team were really helpful, efficient and Covid safe. I thoroughly recommend and would go there first next time!”

“I needed new wiper blades for my 2017 Renault Captur and had been told by two well known national service organisations that they could not get the correct items and that Renault had probably changed the spec. I contacted Wilson spares department and explained my problem to Owen. He found the parts and reserved them for me. I went there next day, the parts were waiting and a techie fitted them in a few minutes. Obviously there had been no change in spec. Excellent service from what was clearly a very busy department.”

The gentleman looking after my car, Joe, called not long after and I collected my car with all paperwork prepared. Joe was super friendly and professional throughout, would highly recommend.”
