"Booked an appointment. Got phone call Monday asking to secure appointment and to ask if my puppy had his jabs. Couldn’t answer as I was abroad. Came back today, land and immediately get a phone call saying the appointment is cancelled and how they’ve tried to get in contact with me (which I have photo to prove they haven’t - only two calls this week, first on Monday which I couldn’t answer, and the one today cancelling). Cancelled the appointment because they couldn’t secure the deposit. I offered to pay in full this morning ahead of the appointment but was still refused service and offered a vacancy in 2-3 weeks time instead. No thank you. Don’t recommend. Not with this sort of service…"
"Was shouted at by one of the groomers due to a misunderstanding among themselves. Her manager seemed annoyed that I complained and was more interested in telling me what a ‘kind and caring person’ she was. Not in my experience! I’ll be supporting small businesses in the future."
"Absolute lovely staff. Gemma looked after my two cats very well. Lia in reception was lovely to speak to and even went ahead putting the details on the system for the chipped cat - saving time! Had both cats nailed clipped and one cat chipped. Would definitely recommend and go to again. Thanks girls!"
