“I am only 12 years old and I was going to this shop with my friends after school and I wanted to buy a drink and a packet of crisp and I was 40p low of the money and the person that was working was very kind to let me get it even though I needed to give 40p more”

“This five star rating is solely for the two staff members that made a bad experience good this morning, let me explain, there where about 6 or 7 at the till waiting to be served when a shopping divider got stuck in the conveyor belt at which point the staff member called for assistance which didn't arrive for at least 5 or so minutes later. In the meantime the two staff members entertained and swiftly served a number of customers and managed to fix the belt. The two staff members are my hero's for the day and I will be looking out for them every time I shop at your store. Amazing customer service. Well done.”

“It has by far improved after alot since fall out of business partner leaving the place in debt. They have also improved on hygiene and have freshest meat and vegetables with variety increased since. It will be some time before the business recovers from the debt but what makes the this place original quality is there honesty and care for customers.”

“I’ve had a beautiful keepsake ring with a lock of my childrens hair. It’s absolutely gorgeous. I don’t live near Kira but I was able to post the locks of hair to her. She confirmed delivery as soon as they arrived and went through the details of my ring with me. Kira was so helpful and patience while I took my time to decide on the style and colour. She was always available to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend Kira for keepsake jewellery, I will treasure mine forever. Thank you so much again!”

“I loved using my teething necklace, as did my baby into toddlerhood. It was a gift from another wonderful mum. I keep meaning to pass it on now my child has grown out of teething but it's too beautiful. It was easy to wash and feels great aginst your skin. The colour combinations are lush. Great company.”

“We attended the Newborn Practical Baby Care Class on Saturday 23rd February with Emma and Alison and would like to take a moment to just let you know how amazing it was. We are about to adopt a child and Emma and Alison were so supportive, informative and generally calming!
