"I have used this shop for years, I find the price increases a bit much, but no worse than everywhere else, had a few problems with Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire puddings, the ones you cook from frozen, they look like they have been defrosted, run all over the containers then frozen again. X"

"This five star rating is solely for the two staff members that made a bad experience good this morning, let me explain, there where about 6 or 7 at the till waiting to be served when a shopping divider got stuck in the conveyor belt at which point the staff member called for assistance which didn't arrive for at least 5 or so minutes later. In the meantime the two staff members entertained and swiftly served a number of customers and managed to fix the belt. The two staff members are my hero's for the day and I will be looking out for them every time I shop at your store. Amazing customer service. Well done."
