"Good evening, I have been overcharged Twice from the same cashier in the same shop 1x 5lt water: no price declared 1x Ace bleach: £1.99 stated on the bottle 1x 680g olives: £1.49 stated on the jar 1x bag mini figs 180g: 99p state on the pack 1x "luxury tea lights" candles 20 units: no price stated, charged £1.99 at the till 1x "Twins Bakery" Sliced ( polish bread ): no price stated, charged £1.20 at the till. Total 6 items. I have been charged £11.52 ( no receipt have been given to me by the till operator ), for the items mentioned above. When at home, I started to get suspicious that I have been overcharged. I did work the math using the prices on the original packages and the total was £9.05 but I couldn't be sure as I didn't have all the elements to complete my " investigation ". I went back to see the same person again. After various attempts ( The cashier wasn't sure or confident about how much my shopping really was ), He said that He charged me for the 5 Lt water twice so I was entitled to a refund of £1.40. But, based on the prices He charged me for, the totals it is £9.05 and not £10.12. I still am £1.07 short. In all this I never had an apology, not I am sorry, nothing, actually one of his colleagues stepped in an said: there is 50p charge on credit cards! I paid cash! I said, again not sorry or anything. I believe it is time people wakes up and check what they have been charged for. Ask for a receipt and check it and double check it as they will always try to get something more from us. ."
