My MOT failed at the 1st attempt (as it was an old 2nd hand car I recently bought) but the staff explained in detail what parts were faulty and physically showed me in person and with videos the extent of the faults. I was given clear quotes regarding the safety critcal parts that needed replacing and many options to choose in regards to fixing any advisories (if I chose to) that could be a problem in the near future. Even with the MOT failure the car was fixed and ready to collect the day after I dropped it of and the price was very good so I was really happy. The staff and the manager were really friendly and professional and I will definitely return here for any future mechanical issues. I have recommended this garage to 3 of my friends who all had a good experience aswell. I highly recommend this garage.”
