“I was looking around for quotes for a repair to my vehicle as someone had hit my car and damaged the wing and bonnet and drove off. I used Google to search for local accident repair centres and that's when I came across Bodyteq. I sent in a request for a quote using the website online quote form and attached a few pictures of the damage to the car on a Saturday evening and by the Sunday afternoon I received a quote for the repair. I understood that this was only a quote and until they physically got to see the car I would be provided with a more accurate price as the pictures sent in for a quote may not always show what extent the damage is beneath the vechicle. I called bodyteq and spoke with Zak and advised I wanted to go ahead and book the car in for the repair and we agreed a date and time for drop off. When I dropped the car off Zak inspected the damage and advised me that the quoted price was going to be higher as the damage was not visible in the pictures and they had to repair my bonnet as well which was stuck due to the impact of the third party person who drove into my car and drove off. I was aware of the issue with the bonnet not being able to open so this was not an unexpected problem. In terms of the price I paid for the repair I was happy with the price given which was very reasonable. Zak and his colleagues got to work and the car was repaired within 2 weeks of dropping the car off. The paint job and accident repair work undertaken by Bodyteq to my vechicle is of a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them to family or friends without any hesitation. Most of my communication was done via email as they are a very busy accident repair garage and I always got a reply from the garage using email. I did find if I called the garage and got no answer after a few rings then the call would be diverted to a very nice lady who would pass on the details to Zak at the workshop and he would return the call as soon as he was able to do so. “Review 2 August 2022 Just want to say yet again how impressed I am with Romford MOT Centre, Barry has personally taken interest in the back door lock problems of my beloved camper van and some other technical stuff including electric windows switch replacement. He is patient and informative. After ordering new parts from Fiat he and his team have made my barn doors safe and useable again as well as my window switches. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, they even spent time putting the doors back safely so I could go on holiday before I returned when the new locks came in from Italy. They could not do enough for me, and unlike other garages, he showed me everything that had been done. I know I can return anytime and it's under warrantee. Such a good price too. I saw the car on Auto Trader and also read some good reviews but some really bad reviews too about the garage/trader. However, i thought I will take the trouble to visit the garage reluctantly as I was not sure what to expect. To my surprise and pleasure, it was great to meet the owner, Peter. Not only was he very helpful and courteous but he didn't put any pressure on me to purchase the car. In fact, i was given the time to discuss with my wife about the purchase once we decided on a price - very rare these days. Most would asked me to put down a non-refundable deposit! When I went to pick the car a couple of days later, Peter went through all the details pretty thoroughly with me. Not only that, he even said that should I encounter any problems, not to hesitate to contact him. I would say I received excellent service and very pleased about my purchase.
