“Dined at Taste of Bengal for the first time ever this evening and I have nothing but good things to say. The food was amazing, so flavoursome! Papadoms were offered whilst we decided on our mains and came out warm which was nice. I had a Badshahi Chicken and the Mr had a Chicken Tikka Masala, both had generous amounts of chicken. Sides included the best saag aloo I've had in ages, onion bhaji and garlic naan. Server (didn't catch his name sorry) closed with "we hope to see you again regularly, you'll always be very welcome" such a warm an friendly service. 100% recommend and will definitely be visiting again/ getting take away. We had 2 thai soups which were the best we had in a while, super flavoured, tasty, and the other dishes were perfectly cooked as well and very, very good. Everything was piping hot and tasted fresh!! “Not sure about the older reviews - I see mixed opinions; my experience with it - we just ordered from Rajeev after he moved to the Jolly Farmers pub. Food was very nice, arrived quick with no delivery fee and they’ve got a lot of mains in the menu that I never tried / you typically don’t find in most Indian restaurants. We’ll order again surely and looking forward for the summer to eat in at the pub garden.”

Delivery guys are friendly and always spend a few minutes asking about your life and holidays... Reasonably priced, good quality, well established (+15 years!) and local! 10/10”
