"as promised when my son and I came last night for a hearty curry and other dishes - We were warmly welcomed when we went in and shown to our seats. Our order was taken and within a couple of mins a plate of poppadoms with a selection of dips were presented to us 'on the house'. Before we finished it our food was read. Piping hot they were placed beautifully on our table. The hot food was placed on a hot plate which came in handy as we'd just come in from the freezing cold outside. We order lamb curry, spinach and lentil curry, paneer curry, tangy lemon lamb curry, 2 nans and a plate of rice. Every dish was seasoned to perfection, the lamb was tender and cooked beautifully. The paneer was soft and juicy and the lentils with spinach was amazingly comforting and filling and I honestly couldn't get enough of the hot nan bread and well made rice. The portions were very generous, the food was very, very tasty, the waiter was charming and kept topping up our jug of water with lemon slices at every opportunity. This little gem of a place deserves every positive praise and if i could give it more stars I would without any hesitation. Thank you for the experience my son and I had last night. aslm alkm"

"Brilliant food and service. Always very attentive and helpful, putting any leftovers in dishes for us to take home. We have our favourite dishes here and keep coming back! Great aircon in summer (even heatwave week) and now nice and warm for the winter!"

"Considering the price and free delivery, I don't have any regrets. But the food just wasn't good. I've had many different butter chickens and egg fried rice, but this was the first time I haven't been able to recognise what I'm eating. It was edible but I won't be getting it again... Maybe in a year."

"Dined at Taste of Bengal for the first time ever this evening and I have nothing but good things to say. The food was amazing, so flavoursome! Papadoms were offered whilst we decided on our mains and came out warm which was nice. I had a Badshahi Chicken and the Mr had a Chicken Tikka Masala, both had generous amounts of chicken. Sides included the best saag aloo I've had in ages, onion bhaji and garlic naan. Server (didn't catch his name sorry) closed with "we hope to see you again regularly, you'll always be very welcome" such a warm an friendly service. 100% recommend and will definitely be visiting again/ getting take away. Thank you!"
