“Amazing hotel, great location - across road from Aldgate East tube station. Lots of things go do and see in this area - Sunday market was on nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sam and The breakfast was beautiful - you just go up and help yourself to cereal and the hot buffet. There is a good selection available - bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms etc. Lots of different types of bread / cake available and coffee / hot chocolate etc from a machine. The bedrooms were bigger than a lot of the hotels I’ve been to before and really modern and clean. The shower was really good and there were no unwelcome noises when we wanted to sleep. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Paul & Jo.”

“Small hotel near a London center and city. Room is providing everything you need and were clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Service always with smile on face were helpful and kind. We used it for our weekend trip to London And the location is awesome. You have underground station just behind the hotel and for example to big Ben it's like 5 stops. We take room without window because we like to sleep in quite and to be honest best decision ever.”

“The location is very good in zone 1 of Aldgate East. The hotel is very new so all the facilities and rooms are new, modern, stylish and fully equipped for longer stays. Complimentary coffee and tea from the lounge is always nice. The staff are 100% top notch, always smiling and happy to help where they can. Thank you to all the staff at reception and at the lounge including Ali and Bianca! I've had such a good stay and felt so welcomed. “I stayed at The Westbridge for 1 night with my wife, after seeing Abba Voyage nearby. The hotel is ideally located for Abba, being around a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was a good size, and with a nice clean bathroom with a good roomy shower. The bed was comfy (although after the drinks we could've been sleeping on a plank of wood and wouldn't have noticed). We had breakfast in the morning, and were very pleased with it - there was a good selection of Full English items, fruit, cold meats and pastries. If possible, try and get the train here because parking is quite expensive - we paid £25 for our stay to park in the car park of an adjacent Bingo hall (there's no parking included because the area is very busy).”

“The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

“The hotel was great and very convenient. Relatively new and that shows. Everything in perfect condition. Nice size appartement which was easily kept at a nice temperature. The biggest plus was the great staff at the reception . They were so friendly and helpful. That made the real difference.”

“My sister was staying here on business and we went to check into the hotel. The details this hotel has paid attention to is unreal. Each room is tastefully decorated and the people who work there are exceptionally attentive. There are free sweets and flavoured water at reception and the hotel smells incredible everywhere you go. The views from the room are stunning and I love the idea of window seats. You can have your coffee to go ready for the morning and their rooftop bar has stunning views also. There are mini cuckoo clocks in the room, organic bedsheets and comfy pillows. I would love to stay here in the future with my partner.”

“Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids lived in this very nice hotel for three nights during March 2023. It is a very nice hotel, with overall nice rooms and very good service. We booked two rooms, one studio suite to serve as day-time room and sleeping accommodation and an additional standard room (a.k.a. "cozy room") to make sleeping for the four of us less crowded. The kids no longer want to share a sofa bed :) There is a significant difference in standard between the studio suite and the standard/cozy room. The studio suite is very nicely furnished, but the cozy room is quite sparsely furnished, and doesn't for instance have bedside lights. So it's rather sterile really. But it didn't matter to us since we spent daytime for the entire family in the studio suite. Recommendation if you want to stay here is to book an upgraded room.”

“Excellent hotel, really charming building, comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Whole stay made easy and so enjoyable by the super helpful and friendly staff. Felt so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, eggs that I will never forget! Two minutes to the Albert Hall, 5-10 minutes walk to the V&A and Natural History & Science museums. Worth every penny! We ll be back.”

“I went for one night with a friend for a special occasion and everything was amazing. We received an upgrade from the house to a family room. It had two queen beds and two bathrooms, just for two of us! At the arrival, there was an amazing bottle of Prosecco, a card and some chocolate strawberries waiting for us to celebrate our special occasion. The bed was very comfortable and was a shame when I had to leave early.. I would have loved to have a lie- in! The lobby manager Anna was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to get back as soon as possible.”

Evening meals were great. Breakfast was buffet and as per normal not very warm. Rooms although not large had all the amenities you needed and shower was great.”

“We are back home in Sydney now – the end of our 2 month holiday in Europe – but before we left London last Tuesday, we celebrated with a late lunch at one of our London faves Cecconi’s, in the beautiful Ned Hotel. If you haven’t been I highly recommend it as one of the most beautiful establishments around - from start to finish, around every corner, there is yet more to adore. Restaurants, cafes, bars… I will write a separate review about The Ned. We’ve eaten here several times - the food always consistently good. The staff less so unfortunately, though I should say, there is a pecking order of levels here, from basic servers to more senior waiters - this time we were lucky & our waiter was a dream - he dealt wonderfully with all my nitty gritty questions, knew all the answers and helped me so much, with no attitude whatsoever. He welcomed & in fact encouraged my questions, which is extremely rare! Wayne had a delicious Chardonnay - Cervaro Chardonnay, Castello della Sala, Umbria, which at £19 per glass you’d hope so! My non-alcoholic Punchy was perfect. We shared 2 entrees which were delicious - the Vitello Tonnato is one of the best. Very generous serve – tender & the sauce just right. Our mains were superb as well - my pasta was cooked al dente & the cheese was so refined. Personally I think a thinner pasta works better to soak up more sauce but it was delicious all the same. Wayne’s Veal was so tender & tasty. Rarely can we fit in dessert - how do people do it!”

“I come down here with my mates and play every Tuesday! The staff are professional and the pitch is well looked after to play a good game of football. What’s also amazing is the fact that Barnet FC is right next to it and when the fans come to cheer on their team the atmosphere feels like you are playing in the stadium with the spot light on you.”

“Great community centre. Very vibrant, but peaceful too. Staff are top notch, of the best of helpers. I work for an independent college, teaching a course here. Technological resources are not state of the art, but what is at your disposal is sufficient to fulfil the task at hand. Brilliant, hard-working and respectful bunch of students. Centralised heated flooring and walls makes for great comfort. Lovely surrounding areas and gardens/ greens. Good transport links on the DLR- just a few minutes walk away. Many activities and courses on offer, such as bee-training and fight classes. And what a name to match!”

Stayed here as was close to airport for my holiday but still close enough to central for me to go and explore London… Great room and service, checked in by Lara, very friendly smile. “We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“Arrived after 2 weeks in Morocco. The hotel was connected to terminal 4 through an easy walk through a covered walkway. Check in was easy with a very helpful and pleasant front desk agent (Susanne). The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good cold beer at the restaurant and the food was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for flying out of Heathrow.”
