“We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) that stayed for about 6 months Modernview Serviced Accommodation 2 bed Executive apartment - Cassio. The apartments are fully furnished, well equipped and had everything we needed like washer dryer, toaster, kettle and oven. The Apartment was Super Clean, Serviced regularly by a professional housekeeper. The apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable for me and my family, we felt very much at home. Lots of things to do in and around Watford, We visited Harry Porter Leavesden Studios about 10 minutes drive away, also Central London was only 20 minutes by overland train. The apartment is close to amenities, the high street just a few minutes walk away, lots of restaurants and nice local shops. Staff were very supportive and went an extra mile to ensure we were well settled and comfortable! Would definitely recommend staying!”

“Friendly , Punctual , Great service We have used 247 Cars Watford on a few occasions booking their wheelchair accessible taxis and have to say the vehicles are amazing and clean and plenty of room in the rear for the wheelchair. Great service and nice drivers , would recommend highly to friends and family , see you again soon .”

“We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

“Room was clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming, polite and accommodating... nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were plentiful with a great selection of items ranging from cooked to pastries and cereals. Good value for money n easy access to trains and bus access for Harry Potter Studios Tour.”

“My mother stayed here on night of the 12th Feb as we had just finished a holiday, I live local and she needed help getting to the train station early in the morning. We arrived late and was greeted by the night shift manager/ supervisor who was on reception. He was brilliant and very helpful. My mother told me in the morning that he even helped her with breakfast as she was the first one up!! Brilliant customer service by the supervisor (who I understand cycles locally to work on his push bike). Excellent work, well done to him! 5 stars”

“Always a wonderful experience with Watford dental practice. The receptionist staff are always helpful and friendly. I’ve just finished Invisalign treatment with Roshni who has been incredible. I’ll almost be sad to not be going back aside from for check ups! Very happy with everything from start to finish and would always recommend.”

“Fantastic, clean nail shop, always pleased with my nails have had both acrylic dip powder and gel on natural nails. I first visited to get my nails done for my wedding day and haven’t looked back since. The staff are very friendly, work incredibly hard and go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. I’ve been to a few salons and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Watford.”

“I had a great time staying in Premier Short Term Rentals. The host (Leah) made sure that I have everything I need. Communication was easy. I also love the fact that the place is close to everything I need. I'd definitely stay here again.”

“Comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet with (width-restricted) opening window. I have stayed here four times in last 3 months, and have another booking upcoming. Room is well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and large work area with plenty of power points and USB plug sockets around the room. The room has tea/coffee making facilities, but does not supply decaffeinated coffee in the room (but it is available from reception free of charge). The shower works well, but is over the bath requiring a significant step up (although rooms with accessible facilities are possible). Hotel is in a quiet location on the edge of town. Breakfasts are good value, but dining area can be very busy and many children WILL be present (hotel is convenient for Harry Potter tour). There is currently no food or bar service in the evenings but there are pubs and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The staff are both friendly and accommodating. My only issues are that a non-slip mat is not provided for the bath, and decaffeinated coffee is not in the room, requiring a trip down to reception, but these are minor inconveniences.”

“You can find all the necessary equipment in the gym, it is tidy and clean. I haven't tried the pool yet but I am really curious to do that. I strongly recommend Everyone Active, the company also has a great mobile application.”

“Very beautiful hotel! The staff are very very helpful and friendly. If we needed any assistance the receptionist and the other staff as well helped us out very happily. We had breakfast for 2 days and there is a variety of food, from a Croissant to cornflakes. Absolutely loved the place!”
