Despite short distance to airport, unfortunately not walkable due to location being near the intersection of some major roads that were not very pedestrian friendly. Staff are friendly and courteous. I had two meals here (dinner and breakfast) and the food was very good.”

Slightly dated fittings and the sound proofing wasn't great (some noise through door and walls), but neither was a significant issue. Overall, good value and I would go again.”

The TV in the room was not working, they offered me an alternative room if i wanted or said they would get it working the following morning. They did. Very good response to what could have been a negative, but there reaction to the issue and giving two options too resolve this only makes the experiance better”

● Open“I have now stayed in 3 out of the 4 apartments and they are all decorated to a very high standard - it's like a quiet and cosy home from home. Linda and Sara are always very helpful, and can even accommodate last minute bookings subject to availability. The free on-site parking is a real bonus for me, and there is even free street parking outside too, which is rare so close to Heathrow. Each time I have to come to London I always stay here, and I hope to continue to do so for many years to come :)”
