“We used Suit Direct in Watford to source suits for our wedding. The salesmen were incredibly helpful and tried every route to get all the right sizes for a number of suits. They were also very knowledgeable and able to provide some great recommendations for tailoring, accessories, and ideas. There was a delay with the suit bags but they contacted us as soon as they were available.”

“This review is for Next Beauty and Home store. After a right mix up with Next online my parcel was MIA, Next customer service was also a let down. BUT Rebecca the watford store manager and another member of staff I spoke with on the phone are the reason I will still continue to shop at Next. Customer service has alot to learn from these lovely ladies; they were a joy to speak to, very clued up and great at communicating. During my visit a queue quickly formed, but despite this Cerys made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning of where I wanted my ears pieced, remaining very polite, patient, and incredibly friendly the entire time. Of no one’s fault, the piercing gum decided to play up, but Cerys and the team on the floor continued to provide an exceptional service, thank you all.
