They were also very knowledgeable and able to provide some great recommendations for tailoring, accessories, and ideas. There was a delay with the suit bags but they contacted us as soon as they were available.”

“This review is for Next Beauty and Home store. After a right mix up with Next online my parcel was MIA, Next customer service was also a let down. BUT Rebecca the watford store manager and another member of staff I spoke with on the phone are the reason I will still continue to shop at Next. Customer service has alot to learn from these lovely ladies; they were a joy to speak to, very clued up and great at communicating. During my visit a queue quickly formed, but despite this Cerys made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning of where I wanted my ears pieced, remaining very polite, patient, and incredibly friendly the entire time.
